Last updated: September 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OOPP("we", "us", or "our"), including our website, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who Can Use the Service
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- Renters must hold a valid driver's license and complete any identity or eligibility verification we require.
- Vendors and agents listing vehicles must have the legal right to rent out the vehicles they list and comply with all applicable licensing, insurance, and safety laws.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. The Service
OOPPis a marketplace that connects renters with independent vendors and agents who own or manage rental vehicles. We do not own, inspect, or operate the vehicles listed on the Service. Each booking is a direct arrangement between the renter and the vendor, subject to the vendor's listed terms, pricing, and availability.
4. Bookings, Pricing & Payments
- Prices, fees, and availability are set by vendors and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
- Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor; you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for bookings, fees, and applicable charges (e.g., late returns, damage, fuel).
- Vendor and agent payouts are subject to our payout schedule and any applicable commission or platform fees.
- All fees are shown before you confirm a booking.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set by the vendor for each listing and are shown at the time of booking. Where no vendor-specific policy applies, our default cancellation policy governs. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method.
6. Renter Responsibilities
- Use the vehicle only as permitted by law and the rental agreement.
- Return the vehicle on time, in the condition received, with the agreed fuel level.
- Report accidents, damage, or mechanical issues to the vendor and us promptly.
- Bear responsibility for traffic violations, tolls, and fines incurred during the rental period.
7. Vendor & Agent Responsibilities
- Ensure listed vehicles are legally registered, insured, roadworthy, and accurately described.
- Honor confirmed bookings and keep pricing and availability up to date.
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and national rental and safety regulations.
- Not discriminate against renters on any legally protected basis.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Circumventing the Service to transact outside the platform to avoid fees.
- Providing false identity, license, insurance, or vehicle information.
- Using the Service for illegal purposes or to sublet vehicles without authorization.
- Interfering with the security or normal operation of the Service.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". OOPP is a booking platform and is not a party to the rental agreement between renters and vendors. We do not guarantee vehicle condition, availability, or vendor conduct, and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OOPP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or any rental transaction. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to OOPP in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold OOPP harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time, subject to completing any outstanding bookings or payments.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
